Beginner Classes by Age<\/h1>\n

Ages 3-5
Kindergym<\/h3>

For little ones from 3.5-5 years old. This is our youngest independent class. Coaches use circuits including small and large motor skill movement and motion as well as easier gymnastic skills.<\/p>\n

Ages 6 & Up
Beginning Girls Level 1<\/h3>

For girls who are eager to learn gymnastic skills. Students are instructed in basic developmental skills on four events. The class focus is improving their flexibility, strength, balance, and body coordination.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Beginning Boys Level 1<\/h3>

For boys who are eager to learn gymnastic skills. Students are instructed in basic developmental skills on six events. The class focus is improving their flexibility, strength, balance, and body coordination.\u00a0<\/p>\n
