Beginner Classes by Age

Ages 3-5
Kindergym
For little ones ranging from 3.5-5 years old. This is our youngest independent class. Coaches use circuits including small and large motor skill movement and motion as well as easier gymnastic skills.
Ages 6 & Up
Beginning Girls Level 1
For girls who are eager to learn gymnastic skills. Students are instructed in basic developmental skills on four events. The class focus is improving their flexibility, strength, balance, and body coordination.
Specialized Classes

For those who want to train and not compete. From beginning to advanced tumbling, acrobatics and stunting. Perfect for students aspiring to become active in cheer. Currently available only at our Peoria Location.
